Summary on Grant Application Form
In order to maintain present high standards, we need to ensure a more robust support system for the new Management IMRC at Bath. With the creation of this new IMRC, there has been a sizeable increase in levels of administration required to service both the additional IMRC reporting and also, paperwork and financial detail relating to the two new supporting E.U. projects. This means that the current sole administrator for Lean & Agile projects is often unable to meet deadlines and stretched beyond capacity. The administration process provides a central role in uniting the various IMRC projects, staff and sponsors and acts as a pivotal source of information for the Management IMRC, its R/Os and associated IMRC Centres.
