Summary on Grant Application Form
This research grant asks for k27.7 for equipment for a 24 month project to develop a new general method for elucidating the mechanism(s) of paramagnetic catalysts using combined UV/vis/conductivity studies of the catalytic intermediates. The manpower (one Ph.D. studentship, Mr S A Khan) required for the project has already been recruited and fully financial supported by the Pakistan government. Preliminary testing experiments show that all areas of the proposed programme are scientifically and technically feasible.
